Babies are welcome if you are unable to make alternative arrangements. Please be aware you do not need to cancel if you begin menstruating.<\/p>\n<p>If you would feel more comfortable with a chaperone, you are welcome to bring a friend or relative with you. (Please check COVID policy).<\/p>\n<p>No referral is necessary from your GP or consultant, you may self refer directly to Hertfordshire Women&#8217;s Health. If you think you may have a urinary infection, however, it is advisable that this has been ruled out by your GP or Practice Nurse.<\/p>\n<p>Hertfordshire Women&#8217;s Health currently accepts patients who are self funding or looking to be treated through WPA, Simply Health, Vitality and Cigna health insurance. Please confirm this before you start treatment. AXA PPP and BUPA are not accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that if you do not turn up to your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours\u00a0notice, the full cost of the appointment missed will be charged.
